From Wikipedia, “An entrepreneur is an owner or manager of a business enterprise who makes money through risk and initiative.”

My definition of entrepreneur is “servant-leader.” Entrepreneurs must have the character to demonstrate success in personal and business relationships as well as the ability to help others to succeed by bringing all the talent, experience, and resources that cause us to succeed to bear on their behalf. We not only serve by completing specific tasks and providing products, we become a part of their team through synergy. We lead by example.

I define the overused and misunderstood phrase, “Sincerely Yours” as “Dedicated to Your Success.” After all, in a WIIFM (What’s In It For Me) world, what do our prospects and clients truly want? They require good character, loyalty, insights, talent, and workmanship to empower them.

As a team player, we increase synergy, the term used to describe a situation where different entities cooperate advantageously for a final outcome. (Wikipedia) Bring a gourmet dish to the table and fill in a gap to complete their puzzle. Be encouraging when you consult and believe in their dream. The money that we “make through risk and initiative” is ultimately a reflection of money our clients earn as we serve them. Then, the intrinsic advantages will fill our souls and spur us all onward.

When you are dedicated to his success, your new frient would be crazy to call anyone else who can do the same task for less money.
